Employers are required under the law to post a notice of employee rights in their workplace and include sick time policies in any employee handbook or manual. Couto Management Group owns three Dunkin Donuts locations on Route 53 in Hingham and Norwell, according to the companys website. Jose Couto is also listed as president of Rockland Donuts, which owns a location on Hingham Street in Rockland.
